Not to be outdone following the game’s launch earlier this month, Dead Cells’ headless protagonist will also join the fight this Fall, bringing his unique form of weapon-based offence to the arena with a multitude of skills and weapons to master. If you’re looking for a character that can adapt to just about any situation, look no further!

On top of its stellar cast of original and guest characters, Xbox One owners can look forward to an exclusive party mode, offering up five new ways to amp up the dash-n-bash action. Read on for all the details:

Golden Belt: Become the king of the ring! Fight to hold the belt longer than your opponents and fill up your golden meter to win!

Plague: A terrible plague has descended on the arena, dealing damage over time to infected players. Hit other players to pass the plague on and keep on the offensive to eliminate 3 opponents and win!

Sudden Death: Who performs best under pressure? Everyone starts with 300% damage, half a meter of rage burst, and has 1 minute to score as many kills as possible.

Coin Mania: It’s raining gold! Collect gold coins and watch your back – others can steal them from you. The player with the most coins at the end of the time limit wins!

Bomber Blast: Are you ready for explosive action? Players can’t stop dropping bombs – even after they run out of stocks – littering the arena with obstacles that offer a helping hand when it comes to launching others. The last player alive wins!

Space Hulk: Tactics gets a release date and a Gameplay Trailer

Space Hulk: Tactics is a faithful adaptation of the board game Space Hulk, set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, bringing unique twists to the cult classic formula. The game will release October 9 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. To celebrate the news, we’re happy to unveil a new Gameplay Trailer pitting mankind versus alien in desperate, turn-based battle.

On the side of humanity stand the Space Marine Terminators, genetically modified super soldiers clad in heavy armour and equipped with extraordinary firepower that turns them into effective walking tanks. Opposing them are the Genestealers, insidious inhabitants of the floating amalgamations of smashed-together starships called space hulks, hiding inside every pipe and duct, prepared to rend anything that comes close to pieces with glistening claws.

An innovative new card system gives players greater control over their forces, while two non-linear, narrative-driven campaigns tell a new, terrifying story in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. A full customization system is available across four Space Marine chapters and four Genestealer Hive Fleets, letting you design your force down to the last shoulder plate or weapon hilt. A robust mission editor, inspired by the clip-together nature of building scenarios in the board game, means you can design, share, and play your own maps quickly and easily.

Space Hulk: Tactics comes to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 9. Pre-order Space Hulk: Tactics today on Steam and get special bonuses, including a 10% discount, beta access, and unique colour and emblem for each chapter and other variants.

The game will be playable for press at Gamescom 2018.

Not only that, they can get a sneak peek into the Story Mode with a fully voiced over tutorial introduction.

  • Psychological Thriller – Waking up in the middle of the Amazon with no recollection of how you got there or how you’ll get out, the hardest battle you’ll face is the fight against yourself and your weaknesses and fears.
  • Fully Alive Amazon Rainforest – Every effort has gone into recreating the lush world of the Amazon in painstaking detail. An exotic and dangerous place, this jungle is filled with many hazards beyond predators including toxic plants, illnesses and infections, all waiting to bring the player to their demise.
  • Body Inspection – Dangers lurk around every bend but they also live under your very skin. Paramount to your survival is checking your body for parasites, infections, and wounds. Take care or suffer the consequences.
